Has spirituality found it’s way into your life?
From the great mystics such as Rumi to the greatest sportsmen such as Roger Federer… every aspect of their experience is emotional. And the more they become masters of their emotional self, the more spirituality becomes a natural part of someone’s life.
How do you know spirituality has found a way into your life?
- You feel aware, as though something has been lit inside you. It can also feel like you have suddenly woken up from a deep sleep
- You enjoy alone time. You need it like never before
- You begin to realise that you do not need a romantic relationship to fulfil you, you seem to be able to miraculously fulfil yourself
- You seem to have a new connection to the meaning of life itself. It feels deeper, stronger and you resonate with the term “inner self”
- You want to learn new habits (not just yoga and meditation), new ideas that people around you might mock you on, but you have a new found confidence that keeps you determined on this path
- You want to be around people who have a new vocabulary, one that feels more heart based, one that hits you deeper inside
- You may feel less triggered by the “mundane” world around you

This last month was spent reading and re-reading “Wintering” by Katherine May. It’s a book about a woman who is battling cancer and falling in love with spirituality, with a loving 8 year old child and husband. Her writings do not display any signs of despair. Instead she breathes so much curiosity and newness into the idea of having a “Down” Moment in your life which she names as “Wintering”. She reminds us that our lives are cyclical. And that in one day we feel up and down over and over again.
The sun goes up, and the sun goes DOWN. That is just how life is. So a prolonged period of feeling down is completely normal and NATURAL. If we hide or diminish downs, the emotions relating to downs come back harder because we are rejecting the natural flow of life. Where in your life are you rejecting your natural DOWN? That aspect of your life is the part of you that will lead to your dharma. The actions you take to work on that DOWN will open your heart to your soul purpose.
Coincidentally February has been a great month of helping my clients heal their relationship with their current/ex-partners by healing their relationship with their mother, father, siblings, ancestors and more. Ever wondered why you chose your mother, father or siblings in this life? The answers are obvious. Yet deep inside we feel unworthy of evolving to the next level of our lives so we avoid looking deeper. If you would like to find out the lessons of your family, do drop me a line.
Wishing you an amazing month of March. I have been studying the astrology of March 2023 as we move from Pisces to Aries for my Astrology Healing clients. It is looking like a magical month of shifts and rebirths. So excited for your SOUL and mine.
Much Love
